Once already about a year ago and just had to change it out again. I have an Actron Code Scanner for EEC-IV systems and it told me that my MAF sensor was bad. Installed a new one and it STILL said that my MAF sensor was bad. Tried to clear code but it just looped on me. Went to Pull A Part here in Birmingham and got a 4.0 computer out of a 91 Explorer and put in it. Now getting code for a DIS Ignition Module left side weak. Pulled wires to module and cleaned them including ground and now getting a 2222 code? Please help. Also truck seems to be running fine now with good pickup and no hesitation. Have these Rangers had computer problems a lot cause I went to 5 rangers 4.0 and all of them had their computers pulled as well? Thanks in advance.
