Default Fuel In Vacuum Lines

So, I've decided to rename this thread as i love my truck, im about to replace my fuel pressure regulator as it's letting fuel into my vacuum lines. after replacing said regulator, should i remove the manifold and clean it out?

It doesn't need it because of that reason, but it wouldn't hurt to make sure that the EGR port in the upper intake is not plugged with junk.
