Recently I had a scare with the tranny, ended up being the power train motor stuck in neutral. Now i can shift into 4x4,but not back into 2x4 without removing the power train motor and manually turning it back. I don't know if it is the sensors, the CPU, or the wiring... Any ideas? I found a new motor and CPU for 50$ for both of them so I'm hoping that is the solution, I still need to go get them though.

When I had problems with mine I got rid of the electric transfer case and installed a manual one
Much happier now with an actual lever to pull for 4x4

Yep

----------

Don't forget the manual hubs too, much more reliable than the auto hubs. They are just bolt on too
