which computer is ok?
i have a 1986 ford ranger stx 4x4 2.9 v6 standard trans.
my old computer # is E6PF-12A650-D2A-MR I DONT CARE IF CLAIFORNIA OR FEDERAL EMISSIONS. i need to buy a new one and need to know which is fine to use thanks

You might look into Megasquirt. I am looking at it for my VW Bus, and with the version 3 there is no need for an external module, that is if I am reading it correctly. You can buy it already assembled or like I did as a kit.
