If I was to render a guess..........I'd say that Supercabs have 4 do to weight difference & 4X4's.....
As far as my configuration, if you click the link below in my signature, you will see that I moved my leaf spring to a Explorer like setup & used 2 right-side rear axles to narrow my rearend 3" to run 15X12 Welds & 28X15.50 Pro Street tires.
