There is not a body lift like that as the lines would be all off. But for the front (I am assuming you have coils) you have options of 2.5" coil lift which requires new UCAs, 3" spindle lift, and there used to be 1" coil spacers, but for some reason are hard to find now. For the rear you can do blocks, or AAL (add-a-leaf) or the easiest is a lift shackle. For blocks do not go over 2", AAL can get ya 1.5-3" depending on if you get the short or long, and lift shackle gets ya about 1.5".
