Um yea your engine will run like crap get 3 mpg and dump black smoke out the tailpipe. I wouldny suggest removing the cat OR the o2 sensor, its illegal to remove the cats anyway. and the o2 sensor tells the engine how to run (richer/leaner) so you wouldnt want to remove that anyway
