You didn't say you had the same issue as the OP you said you had an issue like that minus the heat and minus the pull. You didn't mention any noises.
That leaves the basic brake system stuff to diagnose. I listed possibilities.

Also did you adjust your back breaks after you finished replacement? Sometimes it's needed. There is also a break in period for new lining. I wasn't kidding about that.

But ABS isn't going to kick on errantly unless you have a broken pulse ring (the toothed ring on your wheel bearings that your ABS sensors pickup to monitor tire rotation, you can see part of it in the picture I posted, it's underneath where the sensor was located). But if that were the case you would definitely hear the system activate.
