Look at the bottom of the shell at the front of the shell [by the cab ] there may be a lip hanging down that hits the bed keepin it from going all the way forward .
I had to trim mine off and pushed the shell forward enough to close the gap at the back, [ gained about 1/2-3/4"]. And ended up looking "EXACT FIT"
