I feel like you could have a bent wheel or bearing. That wheel would have shot out and been 90 degrees compared to the other. That would put a ton of stress on the parts of the car. I would check the bearing by jacking it up and wiggle the tire for play. And for the rim being bent you could jack it up and put it on jack stands and start it and let it idle in gear with the front tires up and see if the tire wiggles at all. Or have someone drive it and drive next to it and look. That to me sounds like what could cause a vibration? Not sure
