Hey Guys,

Did my first plug change on my Ranger. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Changed out the old motorcrafts (which looked like to be original. Truck has 175,000 km on it) and installed Autolite double platinums. The difference was night and day! it accelerates so much smoother and the overall performance has improved.

The thing is that I didn't change the plug wires because I couldn't figure out how to open the stock wire holders. I didn't want to break 'em so I didn't bother.

Anyone show/tell me the way to open these clips? Should I bother changing the wires when the truck is running really good right now? Will it make more of a difference?

Sorry about the noob questions. This is my first ranger and I am slowly turning into a gearhead.....lol. This site is awesome!!
