I don't believe we have too many in track out this way either, I deal more with the running trades employees so I wouldn't really know for sure. Right now, its almost a 50/50 split with the new conductor hires which is a nice change.
I'm actually a transportation supervisor, Ops Coordinator, and work as a relief linepoint Trainmaster as required. Really looking forward to hopefully adding a few more women transportation supervisors around here. Lol the men can all be a**holes and get away with it, I get a little angry and get asked if its that time of the month. Figures....
