I figured it out. The wire for the over drive button on the gear select lever. I just disconected it till i find time to locate the point of the break or replace the wire all together. It was more of a pain in the @ss than anything. But now i have reverse lights and a blower for the defrost and heat since winter is literally around the corner. Thanks for the advice and tip. It may be handy to use again later down the road.
