Easy there, just trying to make it easier for us to help you no need to get upset.

As far as the band adjustment, you'll need to open up the transmission to do it. You mentioned doing a flush, was this a power flush or a drain and fill?

If it was a drain and fill, not all the old fluid has been cleaned out and a couple more drain and fills would be needed to clean out all the old stuff with some driving in between to get the transmission to go through all the gears.

Even then, it might take a bit for the wet clutches in the transmission to absorb the good fluid.
