The driver side extended cab door is stuck at the bottom. I have removed the inner panel from the door and still have no idea how to release the locking mechanism inside the door housing. I can see the release cable leading into the lock housing but it's in a very "unreachable" location. Could I get some hints, suggestions, steps to take to get the door opened? Thanks!

Hello All,
1st - I drive a 2002 Ford Ranger and extended cab
2nd - It has 205,000 miles
3rd - I get 23MPG (average) cuz it's a 4 cylinder
4th- I am also past 60 YOL (years of life) so that might have something to do with the 205000.
