Getting closer to my goal of 210! Weighed myself today and I'm 190.5. That means I've gained 10 +/- in about 1 1/2 months. I'm not going at it too hard, about 3 times a week but super intense stuff. Doing cardio as much as possible as well. It sucks but crossfit stuff helps core strength immensely. What I've been doing is a deck of cards drill. I assign an exercise to different cards. (Spades-pull-ups, hearts-push ups, diamonds-burpees, clubs-dips). It's incredibly draining but super fulfilling to get through a deck with more ease each time. I'm not into supplements either...yet.
