I have a 98 Ranger that doesn't have cruise control and I was wondering if anybody knows if I can put a steering wheel with cruise on it and just plug it in. Somebody told me that the plugs are there behind the steering wheel but they are not hooked because my truck doesn't have cruise. I know the guy who told me this did it on his 04 F 150 with no problems. I need a wheel anyways and if that will work than I will get one with it. I really do like the way the new wheels look but the age difference may mean I have to go with one from my model year. Thank you for your help in advance.
