Ordered a new box, sealed wasn't cutting it.
I'm waiting on a recone kit so bear with me on the ugly surround.
This replaced two 12" Polk MM1240DVC's, which replaced 2 Alpine 10" SWR-T10's, which replaced two 10" SD-2 10's. The single ported 10" has a much more complete sound.
It's not a perfectly tuned SQ enclosure. It is not purpose built for the SD-2, although it was the woofer mentioned when requesting the build since shallow mount is a must in the reg cab. It isn't perfect but it is orders of magnitude better than sealed.
