Ok I used the 12v outlet.. I put them in today but only the passenger side works... The driver side don't work. Don't know what's wrong!

I have a 1999 Ford Ranger with a 4.0 in it with a 5 speed manual transmission. It has 4 wheel drive also along with a step side bed. Every thing is stock so far lol!
