Probably a dumb question but I just don't know. Something has come undone behind the temperature control knob. I don't know if it is geared or controlled by some sort of rubber band - but it is completely loose and not working at all. My questions are: Is there some way to remove the black portion of the dash without having to remove the WHOLE dash? Does that part pop out, somehow? And what exactly is it that may have come undone? I'm hoping it is a simple fix...simple enough for this dummy! Thanks for any help and advice!
