If that's what it's meant for. If you have 2 15's in a ported box you're probably not going for SQ, and if there's no camera distortion with 2 15's then you are doing it wrong.

My tube really puts out in person, esp. for a 6 inch. My old camera was more sensitive to bass and the tube made it distort. The mic on my new one handles bass better, so unless you play the video on good speakers or headphones you can't tell there is bass at all. Since my old one distorted, you could tell that the bass is present and plentiful, even on just a pair of Apple headphones or laptop speakers.

Again, does this reasoning make sense? (Wether or not its on topic anymore, I feel like I got away from what you were saying).
