What kind of gas mileage would you say you get? I have the same truck and am at right around 175,000 mi. Now she's still kicking strong even through I drive her hard. I'm debating If it's worth changing the engine or not. Really healthy. But a 5.0 or maybe even 5.7 aren't too too expensive.
