Complete waste of money. They do NOTHING and in fact usually DECREASE performance. Your stock intake is a cold air intake and it is capable of flowing way more air than your engine will every need to inhale. And BTW, this statement includes air filters too. All those silly cones filters and the K&N drop-in filters do nothing for you but cause problems. Sorry to burst your bubble. Not trying to break your balls, trying to save you the effort and money wasted.
Keep the air filter clean (or replaced). Keep the throttle body clean. Keep the throttle cable snug.
