Default Re: Selling My Ranger

My friend has a Dodge Dakota, and I wouldn't go there... those are more sporty trucks... not nearly as durable as the rangers. It took me flipping my ranger to make it stop, and I know there are a lot of other guys on here that will tell you the same thing... They just keep going.

I would recommend getting an ex-cab ranger, and throw a toolbox in the bed. That way you have the extra room on the interior, and extra space in the bed to haul stuff that you need locked up, but you can also haul large awkward loads because its not as confined as the exploder.

I personally also have never been a fan of driving anything but a pickup, because I can easily see where my back end is, instead of looking all the way back through the vehicle, I see out the window cause its right behind me... much clearer view.

Just my .02...

Can't go wrong with a 98-2000 (strongest 4.0 engine) or a 2001-2003 (best body style in my opinion)

I also recommend getting the 4.0 V6, or the 2.3 I4. The 3.slow lacks power (especially for a V6) and gets about the same gas mileage as a 4.0. I got 12 with my 4.0, but I know there are guys on here that are getting upwards of 17-20 on their 4.0.
