Easiest way to the back of the truck would be shackles and an add a leaf I ordered the add a leaf on ebay for mine it was all of $50 shackles you can get at autozone or oriely's. That would give 4" or so. The front you can do keys they are a pain and you just have to be careful 3" is pretty safe (I'll sell you my kit pretty cheap) you could get up to 5" using a 3" leveling kit and cranking the adjustment bolt however this will ruin your cv joints you won't get more than 12 months out of the cv axels.
