You don't have to cut a hole in the floor. All you need to do is get the tranny inspection plate from a manual case donor truck and switch it with yours. You'll need to get the floor boot and bezel as well. I'll admit though, both can be tough to find.

The only aftermarket cases are the stak and atlas cases but you're looking at a couple grand for one of those.
