ok sorry for being noob .. but, dont you need ballasts for "True" HID??

If you're talking about Bulbs that look just like my stock ones then i can obtain those ones on ebay for less than 5 dollars, and the HID on ebay for 150 dollars ..... just confused and did not realize you can place HID bulbs in same way stock are... thanks
