Lucas Auto Slip Fix it stuff. People say it works great. Never tried it as I have a manual. But Manuals take ATF, and I switched to Mobile 1 fully synthetic ATF fluid. However it might be costly at around 10bucks a bottle. Manuals take around 3bottles, I believe the autos are like 8-10 bottles, so around 80-100bucks. That and you should change the filter as well. Do no flush, just drain and refill. I would add the Lucas stuff first after draining, then fill the rest with ATF fluid.

My tranny shifts smooth with Mobile 1 fully synthetic ATF fluid btw. Was a little rough before, with 185k on the old ATF fluid. One of the best things I've ever done to my truck.
