My abused 93 4.0 has a quarter million miles on it when I sold it and it still ran very well so odds are yours will last also, or it could blow up in 10 miles. Its the luck of the draw.

I agree with him ^^^^^ IMHO the rust issue us the ultimate determination. Did the truck live in the rust belt? is it rusty?
What transmission?
$3,200 seems to high for a 94. Is it 4x4?
