Regarding your dash; do you want to fix the crack or replace the dash.
If it cracked for heat it's possible to use the vinyl repair kit. The direction are pretty easy just make sure that you have everything ready at one time to include your iron being hot so that the vinyl jell won't start setting before you get it applied.

If you're going to replace it make sure that you label where the nut come off. Your radio and ash tray will come out first, then the panel below the steering. Remember to label the nuts, I have leftover nut after putting my back together.

Behind the side panels there will be other nuts that need to come apart.
