That IS NOT. Facts are facts, whether you like them or not. It just so happens that a lot of facts end up being a racial stereotype. Fact: Popeye's chicken only places their restaurants in heavily populated "urban" areas... I'll repeat the URBAN part for emphasis. Now, you tell me who's racist, or if that's just factual evidence of a company that knows their demographic that happens to fall into a racial stereotype.
