Okay, this is an old thread but its about the only one relevant to what I'm looking for. At work I found a avid remote start system that my company originally paid 100 bucks for but since it was in a stock room filled with a lot of stuff we haven't stocked or used in years, I can pick it up for ten. Anyways what I'm looking for is a suggested pats bypass module. Cheapest to most expensive. Trying to gauge whether it would be worth it or not to plunk money into. The old lady likes the idea of a remote start so you can see where this came up. Every idiot in town I've talked to doesn't have a clue what I'm looking for so.
