yea, found a set of gears brand new for 130 shipped. $80ish on the master install kit should keep the parts cost just about 200 for the diff. gonna wait till after the 500 mile break in period to install a locker. this is all after brakes and new tires.. ha.. fml im broke all the time. lololol
