P0402: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow (EGR) Excessive Detected

I changed the EGR Valve and DPFE Sensor when it came on the first time... a month and a half ago.

Strange thing is, it came on in the same spot, on the same street, that it did a month and a half ago. Weird. Almost like it's getting some kind of electronic interference.

I've reset the code and I'm going to see if it comes on again and while I wait, I hope to get a few suggestions from y'all.

The truck is a '01 Ranger ext. cab 4x4, 4.0L, AT.
