There's no such thing as a real leveling kit for our trucks. Your options are crank your torsion bars yourself (free!), or pay for torsion keys that give you the same result.

A torsion crank looks pretty sweet too. Sounds like you could afford a lift so I would say just go ahead and get the lift. Looking at probably around $500 total front and back with new parts.
