How is everyone doing?

I have a 1991 ford ranger xlt 2wd. I am 16 and got this car from my old man. Looking to drop as much as possible but still be at ride height. right now it has the stock 15 in rims on it but definetly looking to change those soon. I want the biggest drop I can get and the biggest rims possible for that drop. Also what would be the least exspensive way to drop it as much as possible? let me know what I would have to do to the truck to be able to fit such a drop i.e. c notch for extra clearance.
