Kissin' hands and shakin' babies aren't ya John!?!?

hahaha. I'm a little curious....I'm not too familar with the 3.0/4.0 OHV engines, but I am with chev gen1's. How exactly do you adjust the rockers in such a tight engine bay with crap all ontop of the valve covers and such?? Just like set 'em up with no wiggle, add half a turn, call it good? I'm used to popping off the cover and adjusting while it's running, spittin' oil on the manifolds or headers. lol.
