well i posted a question here in january about loss of power and it has ran every since till about a week ago when it seem like my lifters finally gave out ,you know when you crank and the engines back fires and putts like its gonna start but dont,then it started blowing smoke really bad so i thought i had blown a hole in my piston because of the smoke was so intense, now i dont know if my rings are shot to but you can see damage on top of the # 3 piston where the valve actually broke off, just pits and a small chip in the very edge of the piston, which is making me think oils might be splashing up on it while its running. i hope not i hope its all from the head because i dont have a hoist to lift the motor out .
