I've got a new rant. My neighbors just moved in the beginning of July. They weren't there a week when they started trimming the trees in the back yard. The next day I saw green plants in 5 gal buckets evenly spaced out. By the end of the 2nd week they had a fence up and 2 new dogs. One on each side of their "Garden" well the one that's closest to my house barks all freckin night long! It's barking right now actually. It's been barking for over a hour now! It's pretty damn irritating and I'm getting madder and madder by the minute. They have never told the dog to shut up! I'm really tired of the damn thing.
