There is some play in the differentials that will cause a clunk in vehicles with manual transmissions when the pressure from the engine is released. I get it in both of my trucks as well. However, that is not to say the above TSB doesn't apply to you as well. It won't hurt to check it out and make sure the clunk you hear is the normal differential clunk or if it is the driveshaft clunk.
